How do payments work?

Websites: 50% deposit and 50% before launch. Software & CRM: 40% deposit, 30% at the midpoint and 30% on go-live. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

How long will my project take?

A website refresh or starter site takes 1 – 2 weeks, a business website or full redesign 3 – 5 weeks, e-commerce 4 – 6 weeks, a Zoho/HubSpot CRM setup 1 – 3 weeks, an MVP web app or custom CRM 6 – 10 weeks, and a larger business system 3 – 5 months. Timelines start once the deposit is paid and content or requirements are supplied.

Who owns the website and code?

You do. Your website, code and data belong to you once the project is paid in full.

How many revisions are included?

Two design rounds are included. Extra rounds are billed at R350 per hour.

Can you improve my current website without losing what works?

Yes. A redesign keeps your content, Google rankings and brand, and fixes what doesn't work — speed, mobile layout, SEO and enquiries — with proper redirects so you don't lose traffic.

How long is a quote valid?

Quotes are valid for 30 days.
